Hello! I’m Emily.

The idea of starting a blog has been up in the air for several years, with my passion for writing and photography, but it was only after completing my BA in English Literature and my initial steps into the professional world that the call to create this space became irresistibly clear—and I am so excited to finally arrive here!

The content you will find on this blog is mainly that of my personal style, inspirations, and ideas circulating around beauty and fashion. In regards to what my style is, I like to think of it as your traditional “model off-duty” look (Rosie Huntington-Whiteley comes to mind as a big style icon). My eyes gravitate towards simple, staple, neutral-toned pieces that can be paired with each other to always look chic and classic.

Through becoming invested in things like skincare and makeup, I found myself to be most captivated by the beauty community online as a space to share experiences, advice, and support. I knew I wanted to be a part of it, and the idea of being able to intersect my passions for art and literature in such a contemporary way was the perfect opportunity for this outlet I seek.
